1.Keep yourself hydrated all the time
The most important fluid that is necessary to keep our body fit and fine is water. Whenever you feel like having a beverage during your hectic schedule, do not reach out for any sugary drinks, tea, coffee, etc. Instead, drink a glass of water to keep yourself hydrated. Water is absolutely free from calories. Drinking the right amount of water helps to keep your muscles, brain and other parts of the body functioning properly. For best results, you should drink at least eight glasses of water, throughout the whole day.

2.Try to move around instead of just sitting

While you are at the desk, try getting up and moving around for a few minutes, in between work. You should use the stairs instead of the lift, or you may use a stand-up desk for your daily work. Try and take a short walking break at least twice in a day, and make it a point to stand up and stretch at every hour.

3.Choose the right things to eat
For your staple diet, try to opt for wholesome meals that comprise of adequate quantities of carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats which are necessary for your body. In addition, you should also eat healthy food which supplies the right amounts of essential vitamins and minerals to the body. Try eating home-cooked food instead of eating packaged food or choosing dining-out options. You should eat enough fruits, leafy vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, fish and meat, and reduce the intake of sugar, caffeine and alcohol, to stay healthy.

Justin Urbas also opines that you should have proper sleeping habits, and have at least 7-8 hours of sleep, every night, to maintain a healthy physique.
